Reduction in logistics cost, decrease in tariffs and removal of certain barriers to global trade have provided wine producers an opportunity to expand their business and sell their products beyond the limited region (Coplan, 2010).
Based on the thesis key research question, the study will focus on the existing factors responsible for the wine’s successful marketing in the Nigerian market as well as the African wine market. One of the focal points of the thesis is the market study carried out on the UK wine market in order to realize the main objective of the thesis.

Until recently the anti-alcohol lobby has had the high moral ground promoting alcohol and wine consumption in terms of doom and gloom.
This paper will outline an introductory wine course for hospitality students including justification, teaching methodology, sample class activities and assessments. The addition of this course to the existing curriculum will enhance the student’s education and help to achieve the desired program and institutional learning outcomes.
